AxosMoney Rewards is a comprehensive, structured solution designed for corporate recognition and point redemption. Its goal is to reward employee performance, behavior, or tenure through recognition from other colleagues, who assign points that are then approved or rejected by the relevant team leader. These points are cumulative and can be redeemed for tangible rewards or benefits, which fosters motivation, loyalty, and reinforces corporate culture.
The system is designed to manage three types of roles with specific responsibilities:
Collaborator: A team member who has the authority to issue recognitions/nominations to other collaborators.
Leader: The person responsible for validating (approving or rejecting) the recognitions initiated by their team members.
Administrator: The person in charge of the system’s master configuration, including allocating available points per team and managing the catalog of rewards that employees can redeem.

Below are the steps for implementing Axosmoney Rewards in your organization:

Create Credentials in Rewards
In this section we will see how to create credentials in ACS depending on the role you want to assign, either Collaborator, Leader or SuperAdmin. (You need to be an administrator in ACS to be able to create credentials and assign a role to users).

Functions as Collaborator
