The Other section contains general AxosMoney configuration settings. Here you can adjust options that affect system operation and document validation.
In this section you can:
- Define the data center with which the system will work.
- Set the amount tolerance allowed in tax validation.
- Set a limit on the number of days for receiving invoices from their date of issue.
Warning: Do not change the value of the data center location in the selection list. If you do change it, please contact the Axosnet Service Desk.
Parameters

| Data Center Location | Physical location of the servers that process your data. Do not change without authorization. |
| Tax validation amount tolerance ($) | Allows for small differences due to rounding. Adjustment from 0 to 1 unit. |
| Enable invoice reception limit | Define the maximum period (in days) for receiving invoices from their date of issue before validating them. |
Access to the section “Other”
1. Go to the Administration section in the left side menu and click on AxosMoney Configuration.
2. In the Group Settings section, click Configure.
3. In this section, you will find general configuration settings for AxosMoney. Here, you can adjust options that affect the operation of the system and document validation.
Data Center Location Configuration
Important: Do not modify this value without authorization. If you need to change it, contact the Axosnet Service Desk.
Configuration of Amount Tolerance in Tax Validation
Locate the Tax Validation Amount Tolerance ($) option and slide the bar to set the allowed decimal margin (from 0 to 1 unit).
When finished, click Save to apply the changes.
Invoice Reception Limit Settings
Locate the Enable invoice reception limit option and enter the number of days allowed from the issue date to validation.
When finished, click Save to apply the changes.
