Approved Suppliers

In this tab you can enable or disable the supplier, request their data and see the users that the supplier has assigned as contacts.

To learn how to perform these actions, follow the steps below.

1. In the “Approved Suppliers” section, you will see the list of suppliers who have already been assigned a supplier SAP number and been approved. Click the slider to enable the supplier account.

2. Then click the icon to enter the details of the supplier account.

3. You will see the users’ contact list displayed. Click the icon to request the registration of a new contact user belonging to your account.

4. On the right side, a pop-up window will be displayed where you will be asked to enter the “First name”, “Last name” and “Email” data in order to register your contact user. After completing the details, click on the “Submit Request” button.

5. The supplier will receive an email requesting the creation of the contact user.

6. When checking the supplier account details, you may be missing some data to update or register. Make a data update request to the provider by clicking the icon.

7. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter a comment for the supplier account, asking them to update specific data in the account or company.

8. The supplier will receive an email requesting to update their supplier account details in addition to any comments added by the customer.

9. When the provider updates their details, this will be reflected in the account details.

10. The next step will be to assign permissions to the contact users, which is done as in the “Suppliers to approve ” section in step 5 by clicking on the icon of each contact user.
