This is an Axosnet Cloud Solutions® feature that allows users to identify and/or adjust the platform login language. A notification is displayed when the language selected when entering the portal does not match the language configured in “My Account”. This feature is intended to facilitate navigation and ensure a more consistent user experience.
The process where the notification message is displayed is shown below.
1. Enter the Axosnet Cloud Solutions® Website: https://acs.axosnet.com
2. Select the language with which you want to enter the platform.
3. Enter your email address and click “Enter”.
4. Enter your password and click “Enter”.
5. If the selected language is different from the preferred/set language in “My Account”, a notification message will appear.
Click “Accept” if you want to change your preferred language. Otherwise click “Reject”.
Note
- The message is only displayed when the selected language does not match the language set in “My Account”.
- Offering the possibility to set up (right there) the predefined language.
6. Axosnet Cloud Solution® will show the applications acquired in Axosnet. Access an application by clicking on its link.
