What is Rewards?
AxosMoney Rewards is an app that allows you as an administrator to manage rewards, recognition values, monitor the points balance and teams, all these changes will be reflected in the mobile app, if you want to know more about the mobile app enter the manuals for Android and iOS.
Create Credentials in Rewards
In this section we will see how to create credentials in ACS depending on the role you want to assign, either Collaborator, Leader or SuperAdmin. (You need to be an administrator in ACS to be able to create credentials and assign a role to users).

Setup
This section details how to set up Rewards in ACS, as well as manage Values, Levels and Ranks and assign a Team Leader, Points and Delegates to a Team for use in the Rewards app.

Application Login

Functions as Collaborator
By using the Rewards app as a Collaborator you will get the functions to make recognitions, redeem rewards, view reward status, track nominees and use the “Act As” function in case you are assigned the role of a delegate.

Functions as Leader
By using the Rewards app as a Leader you will get the functions to Approve or Decline recognitions, track recognitions, view statistics and assign delegates for a period of time in case you are absent as a Leader.

Functions as SuperAdmin
By using the Rewards app as a SuperAdmin you will get the functions to manage the different teams registered by company, access to “My Orders” where you can see the rewards requested to approve or reject and access to “My Delegates” to see the employees that can be designated as delegates for a period of time.
