This section explains how to enable on AxosMoney mobile platforms, the manual edition for invalid receipts. However, be aware that you can not enable this editing functionality from the AxosMoney mobile applications nor find a way to modify or edit invalid receipts from the AxosMoney web version.
To edit an invalid receipt manually, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Management page.
2. Then you will see the section of “Receipt configuration” and, within this the option “Enable Edit Receipts”.
3. Click the slider button to enable the edition of receipts in case they arrive invalid. Remember that this functionality only applies to Android and iOS mobile platforms.
