Important:
a) Unlike a collaborator, the leader and super-admin will not be able to recognize someone unless they remain on a team as a collaborator, if so the button will appear disabled.
b) As a leader or super-admin you will only be able to redeem rewards if you have points available.
Click on “Approvals” to view each of the different statuses of the approvals (recognitions) requested.
a) Under “Approvals” the name(s) of the team(s) in which you are assigned as a leader will be displayed.
b) Pending: Shows the list of pending approvals by the leader.
c) Approved: Shows the list of accepted recognitions.
d) Rejected: Shows the list of rejected recognitions.
