The main functionality of “Act As” is to take the Role of the delegate that has been assigned, to perform its functions if the assigned delegate is not available.
- Click on the switch to activate “Act As” mode. Once activated, the switch will appear in blue and the name of the collaborator/leader with whom you are interacting. And it will display the “Approvals” section to act as a leader.

- Click “Approvals” to display the section where the legend that you are in leader mode will appear.
