The Status column exists in both monitors, the Data Viewer and the Data-Flow Runs. The table below shows you the different situations we can have.
| Status | Description |
| Ready to Send | This status determines if the records are ready to be sent to the target system. |
| Blocked | It is used when a lock condition for sending records is met. |
| Waiting Response | It is used when records have been sent to the target system, but the success or failure of the target system has not yet been received. Depending on when the process was executed, the results table may not show errors since the system could be waiting for a response from the target system (i.e., SAP). In other words, the status is “Waiting Response.” To see this information, position yourself in “add filter,” write the word “Status,” enter and enter the value of “Waiting Response.” The results table will show those records awaiting a response from the target system. |
| Processed | It is used when records have been sent to the target system and a successful response has been received. |
| Error | It is used when records have been sent to the target system and receive an error response. |
