After creating your account, access our Help Center using the provided links:
http://support.axosnet.com or https://axosnet.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals.
If the account is new you will then need to create a password and clicking the Continue button.
Once the password is created, you will be able to access the portal normally by correctly authenticating yourself.
