The Exceptions module allows you to view and manage invoice records that, for some reason, were not entered correctly into the portal.

How do I view Exceptions?
1. Enter ACS Management and select the Axosnet Cloud Portal option.

2. When you enter ACP, select the client you want to work with.

3. Within ACP 3, select the “Invoices” option in the left side menu. You can click on the icon or hover over it to display the options.

4. Select “Exceptions”.

5. In this subsection, you can consult the records of invoices that, due to some exception, were not entered correctly through the following methods:
- Entry by API
- Entry by portal (Only foreign invoices or only PDF)
- ERP Entry (When the status in SAP is “NOT ENTERED”)

6. You will only receive an exception notification if the invoice was not entered into the ERP (SAP).
Note: If the customer returns an invoice to the supplier, the supplier will receive a notification. If this notification is not received, the customer must configure the exceptions, following the instructions in the “Warning Configuration” manual.

Note: You may see an icon in the “Message” column that will provide details about why the invoice is in exception.


How do I return an invoice to the supplier?
This feature allows the customer to return an invoice to the supplier if it contains errors or requires corrections. The detail icon displays the information and the specific reasons why the invoice is being returned.
IMPORTANT: This feature is only available to CUSTOMER users; SUPPLIER users cannot see the buttons, but they can view the exceptions as indicated in the “How do I view Exceptions” section.
1. As a customer, from the Exceptions list, select the checkbox for the invoice you wish to return.

Note: You will see an icon in the “Message” column that will provide details about the reason for the invoice exception.


2. Click the “SEND TO SUPPLIER” button (this button will be enabled when the invoice checkbox is selected).

3. Enter the reason for returning the invoice to the supplier and click “ACCEPT” to confirm.

4. Confirm the action in the pop-up window by clicking “CONFIRM”.

Note: When an invoice is returned to the supplier, they will receive a notification of the return. For the supplier to receive this notification, it is necessary to configure the settings indicated in the “Warning Configuration” manual.
How do I return an invoice to the ERP?
This section is under development. Therefore, the corresponding button will not be active for now.
IMPORTANT: This feature will only be available to CUSTOMER users; SUPPLIER users cannot see the buttons, but they can view the exceptions as indicated in the “How do I view Exceptions” section.

How do I delete Exceptions?
1. From the list that appears, select the box of the invoice you want to delete.
2. Click on the “DELETE” button, which has been enabled by selecting the box of the invoice.
3. Click on “ACCEPT” to confirm.
Using Filters/Search and Columns
In the “Exceptions” section you have the option to search using filters or hide/show the necessary columns.
Using the Columns option, use the column selector to adjust as required.
