Only authorized personnel from your organization can create support tickets. If you need to add someone to perform this function, you must request it in a support ticket, indicating the email address and name of the person to be invited.
To start creating a ticket, you must provide the email addresses of the authorized persons who will have access to this support portal.
The content of the email is very similar to what is shown in the image bellow; all they need to do is click on the link highlighted in blue in order to sign up for the first time.
