In the Exceptions module you can view the records of invoices that were not entered correctly due to some exception through the following channels:
- API entry
- Portal entry (Foreign invoices only or PDF only)
What is an Exception?
An exception is an unexpected event that interrupts the normal processing of an invoice. It is used to track the incident and take the necessary actions to retry processing.
