What is Communication?

In the Communication section of ACP 3 there are several modules that support and manage communication with Suppliers through different sections. There are 3 different modules: (i) Warnings, (ii) Communications and (iii) Notices to users.

Warnings

It is a message from a predefined catalogue that indicates an event that requires attention. Its purpose is to warn about situations that occur in the invoice flow, for example, invoice rejection, exceptions, etc.

Communications

It is a message that transmits important information, such as news, policy changes or relevant updates, addressed to ALL of the Client’s Suppliers.

Notices

It is a message that informs certain roles about an event, change or reminder, addressed to specific suppliers.

This functionality ensures that important information reaches its destination quickly and efficiently. These can be sent through 3 different means:

  • Web/App Message: These messages can be seen in the top right of ACS and AxosMoney. App Message: These messages can be viewed within the AXM mobile app (Not available).
  • Email: These messages can be viewed via email (Not available).
