Seleccione los gastos que se agregar\u00e1n al reporte.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-17.png\" \/><\/p><p>3. Haga clic en &#8220;Agregar Reporte&#8221;.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-18.png\" \/><\/p><p>4. Seleccione la opci\u00f3n &#8220;Crear Reporte&#8221; en la parte superior de la lista desplegable.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-19.png\" \/><\/p><p>5. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escriba un nombre para identificar el reporte.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilice \u201cGUARDAR\u201d para conservar el reporte o \u201cCANCELAR\u201d para descartar la operaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-20.png\" \/><\/p><p>6. Se env\u00edan los gastos a CONCUR.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-21.png\" \/><\/p><p>7. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez finalizado el env\u00edo, la plataforma mostrar\u00e1 un resumen. En la franja azul en la parte superior de la ventana, aparecer\u00e1 el nombre del reporte que acaba de enviar y el monto total de los gastos.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/AXM.C.02-SPA-22-OK.png\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Nota:<\/strong> Si el gasto ya forma parte del reporte de otro usuario, aparecer\u00e1 el siguiente mensaje.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/AXM-Gasto-Duplicado.png\" \/><\/p><p>8. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AxosMoney actualiza la lista de gastos eliminando los que agreg\u00f3 en su nuevo reporte.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-23.png\" \/><\/p><p>9. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para consultar el reporte que acaba de crear, vaya al men\u00fa \u201cReportes\u201d y localice el reporte por su nombre. Luego, haga clic en \u00e9l para ver los gastos.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-24.png\" \/><\/p><p>10. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puede confirmar que el o los gastos que agreg\u00f3 est\u00e1 all\u00ed.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Nota:<\/strong> El campo \u00abDesglose\u00bb hace referencia a la funci\u00f3n de que permite desglosar varios gastos incluidos en una misma factura.<\/p><p>Para ver c\u00f3mo funciona el Desglose de gastos puede seguir este manual: <strong>Desglose de Gastos<\/strong><\/p><h3><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/AXM.C.02-SPA-25-OK.png\" \/><\/h3><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><strong>Adjuntar gastos a reportes existentes<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agregue recibos a un reporte existente siguiendo estos pasos de AxosMoney Web.<\/span><\/p><p>1.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingrese al men\u00fa \u201cGastos\u201d y haga clic en la pesta\u00f1a \u201cV\u00e1lido\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-01.png\" \/><\/p><p>2. Seleccione los gastos que se agregar\u00e1n al reporte.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-02.png\" \/><\/p><p>3. Haga clic en &#8220;Agregar Reporte&#8221;.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-03.png\" \/><\/p><p>4. AxosMoney mostrar\u00e1 una lista de reportes relacionados con su cuenta de Concur. Elija un reporte.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-04.png\" \/><\/p><p><b>Nota:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Los reportes se muestran por fecha de creaci\u00f3n, del m\u00e1s reciente al m\u00e1s antiguo. <\/span><\/p><p>5. AxosMoney env\u00eda los gastos a Concur.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-05.png\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6. Una vez finalizado el env\u00edo, la plataforma mostrar\u00e1 un resumen. En la franja azul en la parte superior de la ventana, aparecer\u00e1 el nombre del reporte que acaba de enviar como la cantidad total de las cantidades de los recibos que contiene. Haga clic en \u201cCerrar\u201d para cerrar la ventana.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/AXM.C.02-SPA-06-OK.png\" \/><\/p><p>7. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La lista de gastos v\u00e1lidos se actualizar\u00e1 eliminando los recibos enviados a SAP Concur dentro del reporte.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-07.png\" \/><\/p><p>8. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para comprobar el gasto que se asign\u00f3 al reporte, dirijase al men\u00fa \u201cReportes\u201d y localice el reporte por su nombre. Luego, haga clic en \u00e9l para ver los gastos.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/AXM.C.02-SPA-08.png\" \/><\/p><p>9.
