Ingresar a \u201cAprobaciones\u201d a trav\u00e9s del panel de control.<\/span><\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8964 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AXM_IOS_Como_hacer_aprobaciones_func_lider_1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. En la secci\u00f3n de \u201cAprobaciones\u201d se muestran 3 apartados: \u201cPendientes\u201d, \u201cAprobados\u201d y \u201cRechazados\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8964 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AXM_IOS_Como_hacer_aprobaciones_func_lider_3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p><b>Pendientes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Son los reconocimientos que a\u00fan no han sido gestionados por el l\u00edder del equipo<\/span><\/p><p><b>Aprobados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: son los reconocimientos que fueron autorizados por el l\u00edder del equipo\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Rechazados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Son los reconocimientos que fueron denegados por el l\u00edder del equipo<\/span><\/p><h3><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo aprobar un reconocimiento?<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Ingresar a \u201cAprobaciones\u201d a trav\u00e9s del panel de control.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8964 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AXM_IOS_Como_hacer_aprobaciones_func_lider_2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. En la secci\u00f3n de \u201cAprobaciones\u201d ingrese al apartado \u201cPendientes\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8964 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AXM_IOS_Como_hacer_aprobaciones_func_lider_3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Active los puntos correspondientes al mes de los reconocimientos que va a gestionar.<\/span><\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8964 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AXM_IOS_Como_hacer_aprobaciones_func_lider_4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seleccionar el reconocimiento a aprobar.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Nota<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: En este paso podr\u00eda mostrarse un mensaje indicandole que no se puede aprobar el reconocimiento el cual puede deberse a los siguientes motivos:<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Puntos inactivos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Cuando el switch no ha sido activado (Paso 3)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Puntos insuficientes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Cuando los puntos a otorgar en la aprobaci\u00f3n superan los puntos disponibles.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reconocimientos pendientes de meses previos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Las aprobaciones deben realizarse del mes m\u00e1s antiguo al mes m\u00e1s reciente .<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8964 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AXM_IOS_Como_hacer_aprobaciones_func_lider_5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Revisar el reconocimiento y en caso de requerirlo modificar categor\u00eda y\/o nivel.<\/span><\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8964 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AXM_IOS_Como_hacer_aprobaciones_func_lider_6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p>6. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seleccionar rango de puntos a otorgar.<\/span><\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8964 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AXM_IOS_Como_hacer_aprobaciones_func_lider_7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p>7. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hacer clic en el bot\u00f3n \u201cSiguiente\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8964 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AXM_IOS_Como_hacer_aprobaciones_func_lider_8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p><b>Nota:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Los reconocimientos a aprobar son con un mes de desfase, es decir que no se podr\u00e1n autorizar los reconocimientos del mes en curso si no hasta el mes siguiente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8. Hacer clic en el bot\u00f3n \u201cListo\u201d del mensaje de \u00e9xito que se muestra.<\/span><\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8964 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AXM_IOS_Como_hacer_aprobaciones_func_lider_9.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9. La aplicaci\u00f3n lo dirigir\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente al apartado de \u201cAprobados\u201d para visualizar el reconocimiento que acaba de aprobar, como se muestra en la siguiente imagen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8964 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/AXM_IOS_Como_hacer_aprobaciones_func_lider_10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"281\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p><h3><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo rechazar un reconocimiento?<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.
