Estos puntos son acumulables y pueden canjearse por recompensas tangibles o beneficios, lo que fomenta la motivaci\u00f3n, la lealtad y el refuerzo de la cultura corporativa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sistema est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para gestionar tres tipos de roles con responsabilidades espec\u00edficas:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Colaborador:<\/strong> Es el miembro del equipo que tiene la facultad de realizar reconocimientos\/nominaciones a otros colaboradores.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>L\u00edder:<\/strong> Es el responsable de validar (aprobar o rechazar) los reconocimientos iniciados por los colaboradores de su equipo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Administrador:<\/strong> Es quien se encarga de la configuraci\u00f3n maestra del sistema, incluyendo la asignaci\u00f3n de puntos disponibles por equipo y la gesti\u00f3n del cat\u00e1logo de recompensas que los colaboradores pueden canjear.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><b>Proceso de Implementaci\u00f3n de Axosmoney Rewards<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, se detallan los pasos para la implementaci\u00f3n de Axosmoney Rewards en su organizaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>1.
