expedientes la realizan los usuarios del cliente con los permisos necesarios para configurar dicha informaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h3><strong>Solicitar Nuevo Documento<\/strong><\/h3><p>1. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingresar a ACS Management.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/ACS.L.02-SPA-01.png\" \/><\/p><p>2. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dirigirse a la secci\u00f3n \u201cProveedores\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ACS.L.02-SPA-02-OK.png\" \/><\/p><p>3. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seleccionar la opci\u00f3n \u201cDocumentos Proveedores\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/ACS.L.02-SPA-03.png\" \/><\/p><p>4. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hacer clic en \u201cAgregar Documento\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ACS.L.02-SPA-04-OK.png\" \/><\/p><p>5. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seleccionar el nivel de requerimiento para la solicitud del documento.<\/span><\/p><p>a) <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Global: El documento se requerir\u00e1 a todas las compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ACS.L.02-SPA-05-OK.png\" \/><\/p><p>b) <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compa\u00f1\u00eda: El documento se requerir\u00e1 s\u00f3lo a la compa\u00f1\u00eda seleccionada.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ACS.L.02-SPA-06-OK.png\" \/><\/p><p>6. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se selecciona el documento a solicitar.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ACS.L.02-SPA-07-OK.png\" \/><\/p><p><b>Nota: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El campo \u201cnombre corto\u201d se llena en autom\u00e1tico dependiendo de la elecci\u00f3n del documento.<\/span><\/p><p>7. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seleccione el tiempo de renovaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ACS.L.02-SPA-08-OK.png\" \/><\/p><p>8. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se seleccionan las casillas que se requieren.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ACS.L.02-SPA-09-OK.png\" \/><\/p><p><b>Obligatorio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Cuando un documento est\u00e1 marcado como \u201cObligatorio\u201d indica que el proveedor deber\u00e1 compartir o conceder acceso a dicho documento.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Activo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Cuando el documento est\u00e1 marcado como \u201cActivo\u201d\u00a0 indica que el documento est\u00e1 vigente\u00a0 y formar\u00e1 parte del expediente.<\/span><\/p><p>9. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haga clic en \u201cGuardar\u201d para solicitar el documento.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/ACS.L.02-SPA-10-OK.png\" \/><\/p><p>10. <span
