Los siguientes pasos explican c\u00f3mo llevar a cabo este proceso cuando su administrador configur\u00f3 MFA como opcional. Cuando sea obligatorio, se quedar\u00e1 detenido en el men\u00fa &#8220;Mi cuenta&#8221;.<\/p><p>1. Inicie sesi\u00f3n en el portal de Axosnet Cloud Solutions<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-style: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-style ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">\u00ae<\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-style: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-style ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">e ingrese su usuario y contrase\u00f1a y de clic en &#8220;Entrar&#8221;.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/ACS_Habilitar-MFA_01.png\" \/><\/p><p>2. En la p\u00e1gina de inicio, vaya al men\u00fa &#8220;Mi cuenta&#8221;.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/ACS_Habilitar-MFA_02.png\" \/><\/p><p>3. Llegar\u00e1 a la secci\u00f3n &#8220;Informaci\u00f3n&#8221;, luego seleccione &#8220;AUTENTICACI\u00d3N EN DOS FACTORES&#8221;.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/ACS_Habilitar-MFA_03.png\" \/><\/p><p>4. Aparecer\u00e1 una ventana que le pedir\u00e1 un c\u00f3digo para confirmar su identidad.\u00a0<\/p><p>Para obtener el c\u00f3digo, primero debe escanear el c\u00f3digo QR con la aplicaci\u00f3n Google Authenticator.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/ACS_Habilitar-MFA_04.png\" \/><\/p><p>5. En su aplicaci\u00f3n Google Authenticator, seleccione &#8220;Escanear c\u00f3digo QR&#8221;.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/ACS-A.d.i.5.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/axosnet.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/ACS-A.d.i.5.jpg\" width=\"371\" height=\"660\" \/><\/a><\/p><p>6.
